Aimee Hall is a founding partner at Moore Hall, where she concentrates her practice on qui tam litigation, medical malpractice, wrongful death, tort claims, and other forms of complex, high-stakes commercial litigation. She brings a distinguished background in both private practice and public service, with deep expertise in prosecuting fraud against government entities.

Before co-founding the firm, Aimee served as an Assistant United States Attorney for the Middle District of Georgia, where she was the Health Care Fraud Coordinator. In private practice, Aimee has successfully represented plaintiffs in catastrophic medical malpractice, personal injury, and wrongful death cases, as well as whistleblowers in complex litigation involving the False Claims Act, Anti-Kickback Statute, Stark Law, and violations of Medicare and Medicaid regulations.

Aimee is known for her laser-sharp attention to detail and the sophisticated legal acumen she brings to every case. A cornerstone of Moore Hall’s litigation team, she plays a critical role at trial—bringing precision, poise, and powerful advocacy to the courtroom. Aimee is a proud double Bear, earning both her J.D., cum laude, from Mercer University’s Walter F. George School of Law—where she served as an editor of the Mercer Law Review—and her B.A., magna cum laude, from Mercer University.

A respected voice in the legal community, Aimee holds an “AV” rating from Martindale-Hubbell and is a frequent speaker on whistleblower law and healthcare fraud.
